Frequently Asked Questions

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:

  • For picnics, we don’t offer any refunds but we can reschedule your picnic within 90 days.

  • For events, cancellation made 30 days or more before the event will receive full refund on the deposit.

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event day will receive a 50% refund of the total booking

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event within 3 months, subject to availability.

***Please keep in mind for event venues, credit for rescheduling may vary and can be discussed during consultation.

Can you bring your own food or beverage:

Yes, you can bring your own food or beverage of choice. We do not offer alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the client and guests to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space. Gather Picnic and Events Co. takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occurred

FOOD:

Please be sure to let us know of any food allergens and sensitivities when booking.

DECOR:

Please only use these items as they are intended. Each client assumes all risk that is inherent when using furniture and decor items.

PHOTOS:

By asking our team to take photos, you allow us to post on our social media accounts and promotional materials we may produce in the future. All photos are the sole property of Gather Picnic & Co.

Do we clean up after:

We ask you not to, please enjoy your experience and we will handle the clean up.

Can you leave prior to the scheduled end time?

Yes, you may leave before, but we ask to provide a 15 minute notice. Please do not leave before we arrive for you will be responsible for all picnic items until our team returns to the location.
